What happens when an emergency occurs outside normal business hours?

We all know that leaks, burst pipes and other emergencies all have a tendency to occur at the most inconvenient times, but you're not left on your own to deal with such problems.
 
We have a manned out of hours emergency line that you can contact after 5.30pm on weekdays and all day at weekends.  Calls are answered by qualified property managers, so you get immediate assistance when you most need it.  The dedicated out of hours number is 0843 658 5061.
 
In addition, you will find below, 2 emergency contractors on our Approved Suppliers List, who will attend properties managed by Lamberts.  You won't be asked to make any payment at the time of the call out, but please be aware that if such call-outs are not deemed to be an emergency (i.e. something that could in fact wait until the next working day) or the problem is your responsibility to repair (e.g. a leaking washing machine), you may be charged the cost of the call-out.
