Legal action in property related matters often require Expert Witness advice. This type of work can be as a result of instruction from solicitors, for example, for matrimonial or probate purposes or for personal use by private individuals. We are also able to offer mortgage lenders advice on a retrospective basis using our records and by research using specialist databases.

This type of detailed valuation work will be carried out by RICS qualified surveyors who are all experienced in such professional work.
 
We provide initial reports giving valuations for specific purposes. We are also able to represent specific interests at court or negotiate on behalf of clients.
