It is an unfortunate fact that there are times when property loans may require action on the part of a lender to recover losses or deal with other problems relating to the property. At Lamberts we have a strong team of experienced professionals that are able to deal with all aspects of the advice that such situations require. We are also members of the RICS Fixed Charge Receivership Scheme and individual Receivers are members of The Association of Property & Fixed Charge Receivers.

The broad range of specialist skills within the company means that our team of Receivers can rely upon close co-operation in dealing with Property Management, Valuation issues and Building Consultancy matters that may be associated with Recoveries.
