Lamberts have refined a comprehensive Property Option Report designed to provide advice to clients considering the appropriate approach to take in relation to property default or debt issues. The report is prepared by a Chartered Valuation Surveyor and subject to review by a Regulated Receiver to ensure that appropriate advice is provided that addresses all options available.

Valuation expertise is at the core of the Options Report however the input of a Lamberts Receiver ensures that the maximum value is derived from this expertise.  By taking into account at an early stage all options for the asset a clear strategy can be developed to accomodate a wide range of solutions.
