Lamberts Agency Division supports the Receivers in respect of both direct instructions and joint agency. Particular care is taken to ensure that a property is marketed in all appropriate mediums and that marketing reports are available. The most appropriate method of sale is carefully considered and reviews of marketing are undertaken on a regular basis.

Our sales strategy in each case is designed around the particular characteristics of the property taking into account a range of factors.  In many cases addition consideration has to be given to security, market trends and market exposure.
