Lamberts are experts in negotiations on the behalf of either landlords or tenants in respect of the question of dilapidations.

The issue of dilapidations may arise during the term of a tenancy or upon its expiry. Working closely with our Building Consultancy division we are able to prepare interim and terminal schedules of dilapidations and conduct negotiations to either ensure that works are carried out all the compensation is obtained. Where such claims are unfounded Lamberts may be able to ensure that any liability is reduced.
