We undertake a full range of Building Consultancy services across a wide range of residential, industrial and commercial buildings, including maintenance, refurbishment and build, acting as designers and contract administrators, along with a full range of professional services.

Our professional services include building/due diligence surveys, party wall awards, schedules of dilapidations and condition, building cost reinstatement assessments. We also regularly undertake developement monitoring for banks and financial institutions.
 
We act as contract adminstrators on a diverse range of property dealing with maintenance, refurbishment and conversion, new build and fire damage reinstatement.  In addition we have acted as Employer's Agent in relation to Design and Build projects.
 
Our in house computer aided design (ArchiCAD) service allows us to undertake measured surveys, lease plans and a design service for clients including 3-D views.
 
We are able to provide a mix of experience, expertise, and modern IT resources to ensure effective coordination and communication.
