Lamberts are a privately owned Limited Company based in City Road, London EC1 specialising in all aspects of property consultancy in London and the Home Counties. 

The company was formed in 1987 and has since that time moved from strength to strength.

The valuation division (both residential and commercial teams) have panel appointments with most of the main lending institutions, carrying out over 100 inspections on average per week. 

The Building Consultancy division offers a full range of services provided by Chartered Building Surveyors, including Project Monitoring and Development Cost Appraisals. The division can assist with everything from CAD design to Planning Applications.

Our property managers are members of the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) and together with our specialist valuers, can assist residents in respect of Right to Manage, Service Charge disputes, and Freehold Acquisitions.  

Several of our Surveyors are members of the Non Administrative Receivers Association and work in conjunction with our property managers to provide a specialist service to Banks and Accountants.

We also have a specialist Landlord and Tenant division acting on behalf of Landlords and Tenants throughout the country and an active agency team.
