As part of our initial marketing report we will identify the likely purchaser for the property, be it an owner-occupier or developer.  We will provide advice and recommendations in respect of potential changes of use and redevelopment potential to ensure the best price is achieved.

LETTINGS

We provide a comprehensive service for the letting of commercial property, handling all aspects of the transaction until completion.  We report all offers with our recommendations and negotiate the terms of the lease on your behalf.
